23/11/09 20:40 - Am I emotional, or Naruto just made me Cry?
Where should I start?
Ok. Basically, I have 10 minutes to tell you, everything that I wanted to tell for the past few weeks…
So you know The Killers is coming to town…
Nicole won America’s Next Top Model Cycle 13…
Nicolas my favourite designer for Project Runway 6 was voted out…): huhu!!
And no one can vote Russell out from Survivor…
So everything ends so thrilling, till I don’t know what’s coming up next…
1 month till the end of 2009 and I can’t wait for next episodes of Naruto Shippuden.
For months I watch it, but still got lots more to watch…
Am I emotional, or Naruto just made me Cry?
Today, I got to catch Twilight New Moon…
It was OK. I don’t know about you guys who love Twilight will rate…
Well, Jacob is HOT, but the story is jumpy…
Anyways, I made Hotdog buns on Sunday night…
I got this recipe from Suria, the show called Vanilla…
I bet they are not giving me the secret ingredients, for the buns…
I done it 4 times, to prefect the recipe and to get the bread texture that I wanted…
In the show itself, it shows techniques that are really useless…
Like for example,
Using the expensive Mixer,
Adding Yeast at the final stages,
Waiting for 15 minutes…
This is the way I did my Hotdog Buns,
Ingredients
500g Bread Flour
11g of Instant Yeast (equivalent to 1 packet of Instant Yeast)
1 teaspoon of salt
100g sugar
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Mixed together well
Make a well in the middle of the mixture. Add
60g Cold Butter (Cut into dice)
Rub them with your fingers till it mixed well. Add
1 egg
Mixed it well… Finally add
240-260ml Cold Water
Bit by bit, till it becomes dough, if it is too soft, add bit of Bread Flour…
Make sure the dough is soft and well done…
Rest it for 30-60 minutes…
Divide it into small balls, equally
You should get 24 balls.
Rest it again for 30 minutes.
Cut your Hotdogs into half, and get ready some cheese…
Use a rolling pin to roll out your small balls, add your hot dog and cheese in the middle and roll them till it becomes hotdog buns.
Before baking them,
Rest the buns for 15-20 minutes.

But I rate it 7.9 out of 10
It’s watchable but I prefer the first part of the movie… Well, Jacob is HOT, but the story is jumpy…

I add Extra butter on top before baking it...
Bake them in Pre-Oven 200 degrees, for 12 minutes.
